In addition to familyservice, thkt GmbH offers additional services in the area of work-life management. For example:

• Children’s programme (company-sponsored holiday care for kindergarteners and school-age children / Kidsday: children visit their parents at work / childcare during company events)
• Consultation on setting up and managing childcare facilities: As the agency of the Verein Arbeitgeberkrippen (Association of Employer Daycare Centers), thkt GmbH runs a network of five daycare centers at present. Companies can book daycare places for their employees (www.arbeitgeberkrippen.ch)
• Internal company-sponsored workshops: To help employees find better ways to reconcile family and career
• Consultations for human resources staff on introducing family-friendly measures
